How our CV Re-Vamp Service works
Step 1) CV Consultation
Our CV Re-Vamp Service includes a full email CV consultation to gather all of the information required to produce your CV. We will ask you to submit your existing CV and to complete a short CV Questionnaire to provide us with details of your career history, skills and achievements. You can also submit details of any job roles you are targeting to ensure your CV can be tailored effectively. If required, your CV Writer will contact you to clarify information you have provided as part of the consultation process or to ask additional questions.
Step 2) Creating your re-vamped CV
Once the CV consultation process has been completed, your CV Writer will begin working on your new CV. We will create your new CV based on the information in your existing CV and any new information supplied in your CV Questionnaire. A first draft of your CV will be ready for your approval within 5 working days as standard. We also offer Express Turnaround options* if you have an urgent deadline (*subject to availability).
Your CV will be tailored for the role / type of role you are aiming for and include relevant keywords to ensure your CV works for AI / ATS and the human reader. Your CV Writer will also identify achievements, transferable skills and experience from the information you have provided which you may not have considered adding to your CV.
Step 3) Review & Approval
Once completed, a draft copy of your new CV will be sent to you by email. You will then have the opportunity to review your new CV to ensure all the information is correct and that you are happy with the design and structure. You will then have a time limit of 2 working days to request any changes you would like to your new CV.
Once approved by you, we will issue the final copies of your CV in Microsoft Word (fully editable) and PDF formats. Your new CV will then be ready to use for job applications.

With our CV Re-Vamp service you will receive the final copies of your CV in the following formats:
Microsoft Word – The preferred file format for most recruiters. You will be able to easily edit your own CV in the future. Your CV will be issued in the latest Word (.docx) format.
Adobe PDF – Using PDF gives your CV an extra professional look and ensures that your CV will always be viewed exactly as you sent it on any device. Sending in PDF format also prevents unwanted alterations to your CV by third parties.
Your new CV will be presented in a format which is suitable for the type of application you are making. We use varied and typical keywords that AI / ATS software is likely to be searching for.
