CV Services Instructions

Professional CV Service

This service includes a Telephone or Face-to-Face Consultation which we need to complete to gather all of the information which will be required to produce your CV. One of our team will contact you to arrange this by telephone or email as soon as possible. If you have an existing CV or any other documents relating to your order which you would like to submit to us then please do so using our Client Document Upload Form.

Graduate CV Service

This service includes a Telephone or Face-to-Face Consultation which we need to complete to gather all of the information which will be required to produce your CV. One of our team will contact you to arrange this by telephone or email as soon as possible. If you prefer; you can also complete your CV Consultation by email. To do this please complete the CV Consultation Form (emailed to you with your order if you have ordered online; also available by email upon request).

Cover Letter Services Instructions

If you have an existing CV or any other documents relating to your order (such as details of your target role) which you would like to submit to us then please do so using our Client Document Upload Form. One of our team will then contact you to let you know if we need any further information and to confirm the delivery date for the first draft of your Cover Letter.

Application Form Services Instructions

Application Form Checking & Editing

If you have ordered this service you will need to send us the following information:

  • The Person Specification & Job Description for the role you are applying for (these are vital)
  • The Application Form or Application / Competency Questions you are trying to complete
  • A copy of the Competency Framework for the application (if applicable)
  • Any Guidance Notes or information you have been sent by the company or recruiters
  • Details of the Deadline for submission of the Application
  • Any Drafts you have completed

You can submit these documents using our Client Document Upload Form. If you have an existing CV or any other documents relating to your order which you would like to submit to us then you can also do so using the Client Document Upload Form.

If you have ordered this service you will need to send us the following information:

  • The Person Specification & Job Description for the role you are applying for (these are vital)

If you have ordered this service you will need to send us the following information:

We will need all of the following information in order to be able to work on your Personal Statement:

  1. Your Draft Personal Statement
  2. Details of the course(s) / programme(s) you are targeting (including the name of the university / universities and the full title of the course(s))
  3. We will also need to see the exact wording of the application form or any application questions so that we can check your Personal Statement meets with any criteria and requirements specified

You can also submit the following optional items (if available):

  1. Your CV
  2. Any previous Personal Statements you have completed and guidelines for completing the application
