Friendly and effective coaching and support, available for any career stage
We offer a full Career Coaching Service which is suitable for clients at all career levels and across all industry sectors and is available to clients looking to both change career or progress within their current line of employment. Our Career Coaching service is delivered exclusively by our Principal Consultant who has over 20 years of experience in providing career advice to clients at all levels from Graduates to C-Suite executives.
Looking to make a career change or get back to work after redundancy?
As part of the process we will first discuss any issues that you are facing and your career aspirations and requirements. We will then support you in developing and executing a strategy to achieve your goals. Drawing upon our extensive knowledge of employment and recruitment markets, our Coach will then provide you with insights into the roles / career paths which may suit you best and the optimum strategy to get you into your target job as quickly as possible.

We can also assist you to overcome issues you may be facing within your current job role and have successfully helped others to overcome difficulties at work to improve performance, secure a promotion or build self-confidence. Our Coaches can help you to achieve career success by clarifying goals, defining a strategy and working with you to achieve your aims.
How our Career Coaching Service works
We will first ask you to send us copies of any documents and information which you feel may be useful. This can include your CV or copies of Job Applications you have previously submitted. You can also send us details of any roles you are targeting. This will help your Career Coach to gain an understanding of your background, skills and experience.
Next, we will arrange your first Career Coaching session. Each session lasts 1 hour and you can book as many as you need. You can use the session to discuss absolutely any aspect of your career and each session is completely guided by you.
