We are also specialists in assisting clients transitioning from Military / Police roles to Civilian posts.

How our Career Coaching Service works
We will first ask you to send us copies of any documents and information which you feel may be useful. This can include your CV or copies of Job Applications you have previously submitted. You can also send us details of any roles you are targeting. This will help your Career Coach to gain an understanding of your background, skills and experience. Next, we will arrange your first Career Coaching session. Each session lasts 1 hour and you can book as many as you need. You can use the session to discuss absolutely any aspect of your career and each session is completely guided by you.
Career Coaching sessions can be conducted by Telephone / Skype or Face-to-Face (*Cardiff & Bristol only).
